*Tip: Make sure all the utensils are clean and dried to avoid contamination.
Heat the water in kettle or pan until it boils
Add boiling water to the milk powder and mix until its frothy and no lumps remain
*Tip: Control thickness of yogurt by the quantity of water. Less the water thicker is the yogurt.
For 1 cup add 1&1/2 cup boiling water.
Take any leftover yogurt and let it come at room temperature and add 2 full spoons in the mixed milk powder and mix thoroughly.
4.Put clean finger in the mixture and you should be able to keep the finger for 10-15 secs (it should be this hot not warm) and pour the mixture through a sieve in a thermal box for food.
*Tip: If you feel the temperature became low while mixing, remove the mixed milk and heat it in the oven or on gas a little and pour back in the thermus. The temperature needs to be a little hot in the box at start, because overtime the heat will be lost.
*Tip: The thermos lunch box for soups (wider mouth) that keeps hot for 12 hrs. (12 hrs is better than 5 or 6 hrs ones)
Preheat the microwave for 2-5 mins and keep the box in it for 5-8 hours or overnight.
*If it seems still liquid at the end, add a little boiled water and keep it back in preheated microwave for 2-3 hours.
Store it in fridge for a week.
